Hello, I’m Stewart Mackie. While wakeboarding first introduced me to Winter Haven in 2003, it was the beauty of the Chain of Lakes and the warmth of the community that ultimately made it home.
My journey here began across the Atlantic. After building my first successful business—Quayside Wakeboard and Water Ski—in the UK, I brought that same passion stateside to launch Chain of Wakes right here in Winter Haven. Coaching riders from all over the world gave me a deep, firsthand appreciation for what makes this area so special, and why so many choose to invest their lives here.
My roots in the community run deep. My wife, Meghan, grew up in Winter Haven, and it’s the place we are proud to raise our children, Wattson and Millie. For us, the lake life isn’t just a selling point—it’s our everyday reality. With my father-in-law’s background in the industry, real estate has long been a part of our family conversations, making my transition into the business a natural extension of my love for this community.
Today, I bring that same entrepreneurial drive and local expertise to real estate, helping clients find properties that perfectly align with their goals and lifestyle. My approach is simple: grounded insight, clear guidance, and a seamless, enjoyable experience from start to finish.
